Account Suspended. ********** Charges to my Account

According to Telkom there's a Data charge to my account of R738.90 for 2GB of data usage, however I do not have a data plan with telkom just my Uncapped ADSL internet connection. This charge has caused my account to go in to arrears and Telkom suspended my account.

A charge like this is ********** and it affects my credit record showing I'm in arrears this will also have to be corrected on the Credit Bureau Level. (I have reported this to ICASA and Credit OBUD)

On the 18th March 2019 I logged the Complaint with telkom with the response that it will take Two working days for them to resolve the issue I spoke to Zandile of the Billing department. I waited 4 Days and called back to speak to Moses the manager in the Billing department he took my details and escalated the issue to the Technical section and insured me that I will get same day feedback, this did not happen and that Sunday 24th March 2019 I received an SMS that the issue is now resolved I checked my internet connection and it was still suspended. I called back only to be told that they cant help me because the billing team is only available Monday even though the billing issue was closed on a Sunday. I was told that it will be urgently followed up on on Monday and they will contact me. This did not happen

I called back on Tuesday 26th March 2019 to be told that nothing was done on the issue because not enough information was given by the manager Moses of the billing department. Speaking with Nosipho Stofile at that time the team leader of the billing department. I wanted to get the name of the Manager at the IT Section and she could not disclose that information as per company policy but during my first interaction with Moses the Manager he gladly gave the names of two members in the IT Section.

I seek this issue to be resolved as its affecting my ability to work. Please contact me if you need any additional information.
