Account suspended for no reason at all

My contract number was suspended for absolutely no reason 2 days ago. Yesterday it was unsuspended and then resuspended and still I cannot use my phone. I can't receive calls or smses and can't use my data. Everytime I call the call Centre I am given a new story about why they don't know why my account was suspended. And each time they do a unsuspension log. It takes 24 hours turn around time every time that I have to call in and complain about my number still not working. I was this matter resolved immediately because it is absolutely rediculous.
