Account suspended for 7 cents that I was told to pay

<p>The service from Telkom has been shocking and this has caused my phone to be suspended for 4 days now. I was sent an email to pay my account of R725.00 as they did not receive my change in banking details in time. I was fine with making an eft but then 4 days later my phone is blocked because i was actually meant to pay R725.07 but the email i got said R725.00. I am not able to use my phone till now.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then they still debit an amount of R1460.00</p> <p>I just want to close off my contract with them and take my whole family off telkom.</p>
