Account suspended, but fully paid monthly

Changed Bank details on 3 platforms (was not done). Paid monthly via EFT (also paid penalties). Internet cancelled due to collections?????? even though account paid to date (was confirmed on 3 separate occasions).

Had to apply for new connection + have to wait 5 - 7 business days!!!!!!!!!

Telkom is 100% in the wrong and I have to pay the price for their incompetence.
