Account suspended but debit went through.

I regret renewing my contract with telkom, I was debited twice in January then made a reverse on 1 amount and my account was handed to the the collector, now I've been debited by collectors and it take long to reflect on their system. Now my account has been suspended while I was debited on the 25th. When I call the customer service they say they can see that I've been debited but the money will take some time to reflect on their side.

Telkom is the worst.
