Account suspended

My account has been suspended. Agent at Telkom branch could not see reason for suspension as there is zero balance owing. I experienced the account suspension last month as well, I had to have my limit adjusted and then the suspension was lifted. It is an extreme inconveniece, I cannot make or receive calls even to *180# to be able to talk to an agent. please contact me to help me lift the suspension
