Account supposed to be closed yet still receiving bills!!

I emailed Telkom on the 24th of February to close one our Telkom Accounts, I never got a response back so I followed up with their twitter team and nothing was acknowledged, I then sent the request again and received an automated response saying the mail box was full?? When we called we were given an email address and told to please email cancellation to the that email account, with ID and request to close the account, just mention the phone number.... I did all the above... nothing was acknowledged... I did this all again... mail box full. So I screen shot the mail, with the respective forms and was told they would see to it... I never heard back, I have now received a bill for April and May... Is this how you run your company Telkom, I have been repeatedly ignored on Social media, I simply do not have the inclination to call a Telkom call centre as I will be told to please email the cancellation through, which is what we were told to do when we first called. I am now sitting with a bill I refuse to pay and Telkom do not acknowledge my messages on Twitter. Do not have a social media account if you do not respond to customers. There is zero activity on the account, we do not use the phone anymore. I was told via one person on Twitter the close of the account would be "back dated" to the 1st of April, (April fools joke may be??) so if that is the case, (besides the fact that the request was sent in February?) then why am I still receiving bills?? As far as I am concerned, I paid up to date... Telkom you need to up your game, you need to sort this out as this issue is now going on for 3 months.... The ironic thing is when we needed to receive bills when we still used the amount, you never sent them.
