Account suddenly handed over

I am by far disappointed with telkom and I have used this service provider for years with no problem.

Last year I paid the amount attached as per my telephone enquiries to pay and cancel the contract to my surprise it's not done I have now received the below smses from the attorneys that I owe Telkom which according to me I don't when I settled the account in November last year.

I spoke to a Wandile who was very Impetiant and was basically useless to me he told me I must call 10213 to request a copy of my telephone recording, I spoke to Lindiwe Mahlangu who sent me back to the customer contact Centre 081180? I am being from pillar to post for something that be fixed on one telephone call.
