Account still not closed

I have tried to close account number *** on numerous occasions since August last year, I was informed on hello peter that the matter had been resolved, after having lodged the complaint on 10 April 2015 after numerous months of being billed after I already asked for it to be closed. We have received another account dated after the matter was supposedly resolved- 29 June 2015. It is dated for 15 August 2015. The reference number of the hello peter complaint was SM102465. Has this account been closed, if so why are we still being billed.
