Account still not cancelled

<p>Hi.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 7th of December 2016 i cancelled my account with telkom, its been a lengthy process and weeks ago i was told i would be credited... its now the 8th of Feb, No credits... and i was billed again for feb even though i was told my account has been cancelled!</p> <p> </p> <p>Ive been told about 20 times someone will call me - still nothing!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is absurd!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Call me!!</p>
