Account still active after 6 months

<p>My Account that I have asked to get canceled 6 months ago is still active and I am still asked to pay my account. I have sent 3 cancelation letters already and nothing is happening. STAY AWAY FROM ANY CONTRACTS WITH THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A COMPANY. I have spammed their facebook page and the response is they will look into it and provide feedback. DO NOT HOLD YOUR BREATH AS YOU WILL SEE NOTHING OF IT AND HAVE THEIR DEBT DEPARTMENT THREATEN YOU THAT YOUR ARREARS ACCOUNT WILL AFFECT YOUR CREDIT RATING. I have seen numerous of the same complaints and trust me when i say that it is a real problem that you would want to avoid as much as you can. </p>
