ACCOUNT SETTLED STILL ON ITC TELKOM IS BLOCKING MY BOND APPLICATION AND RISK STATUS.

I used to have a contract with Telkom of which I once brought this up on hello peter previously I got assistance as this was handed over to MBD and I managed to settle the account on the 09-11-2020 Amount R11633.16 since then this is my nightmare still today it still appearing on ITC .I m in a process of applying for a bond but Telkom is giving me problems .I VE SPOKEN TO THE DIFFERENT CONSULTANT FROM THEIR CUSTOMER CARE AND MALL OF THE SOUTH STILL IS NOT FIXED THEY ALWAYS TELL ME WITH 14 DAYS I L BE REMOVED FROM ITC BUT STILL NOT.
