Account renewal date

Good day<br> <br> Telkom did not phone me to inform me about new specials etc for another contract. They said they will.<br> Telkom did not phone or sms me about my account this month.<br> <br> Telkom said they will e-mail me the form to cancel this contract, but how will I receive the forms if they say I have reached my limit.<br> <br> I am not prepared to pay the amount of R1078.44 due to nobody assisting me.<br> <br> Please check the records of this number, one lady told me that my account will stay low... but now it is over R1000.00. <br> <br> Telkom did not do a good service. Please help me here.<br> <br> Thank you.<br> <br>
