Account quiry

I am having a contract on telkom which they cebit on the 15th of every month, duting this month of may i iwed telkom R570. 40 which they debited however i still recieve alerts tgat i still owe them. I called telkom 3 times trying to fix this issue however im unsuccessful as they tel me on their side the debit ddnt go through i then was adviced by their agents to send proof of payment which in this regards is my bank statement i, i have send them my bank statement 4 times and they still cant assist me as evrytime i call i talk to a different agent telling what the other agent has told ne to email my statement which i did

Telkom is failing us 100%
