Dear Last month you deducted R2000.00 from account without providing me statement, I queried this several times and can not get a satisfactory resolution your agent advised me that charges was added “tax credit note” as I canceled a contract. Why the hell should I pay for something I did not receive or use? When I app**** for a contract via the ISTORE Walmer Park it took 2 months to get approval due to this I canceled the request and was advised there would not be any charges I did not receive the device in fact I never even saw the device. When I went to Telkom Baywest the agent done a new application and I received my device which I don’t mind paying but I will not be held liable for the tax credit charges on something I did not receive. Sibulele Mgcokoca has rep**** to my query. Please number ********** 753 is not mine and should not have been activated on my account this is a error from your side. Please return my R2000.00.
