account query still not resolved
On 13 August I reported that we had only received credit for 11 of the 12 months on the ADSL contract of R93,20. I was told it would take 7 working days to sort out. It is long past the 7 working days and we still dont have our credit. Call ref ***3. Please allocate credit as a matter of priority now and thank you.
