Account Query

Telkom are impossible to get hold of when it comes to a query of any sort. The only time you are able to speak to an agent is by calling the sales line. I even tried this to get help with my account that they have incorrectly debited but sales are unable to assist. The whatsapp portal offers no help with account queries whatsoever and neither does their website.
