Account Query

On the 26 of March i have posted a complaint regarding my 8ta/Telkom account being in arrears yet i have terminated my account on the 25 of january 2014 and to my surprisenit was never terminated and i have signed a termination letter at the branch(Greenstone Telkom ). Inhave then rexeived a call frm one of the consultant from telkm(pretoria branch) which i have explained the story to him. He then said he will cum back to me as he is still going to investigate, he will then give me feedback .<br> Even today i am still waiting n what ****es me off even worse is that i have just received an sms from yourdebt collectors advising me that Telkom has listed me due to non payment on my 8ta account , this clearly shows that your employees are not doing their job properly,,,,i want my name cleared, your team need to do proper investigations, they should contact greenstone branch to provide them with the copy of my termination letter..Not even one consultant from telkom called me to retain me after the termination of my contract ....n now you claiming that m owing you, dats madness. I need a feedback on dis query beforei lose my temper as i hve been patient with you for a very long time.
