Account query

<p>i have battled to close off my Telkom account, case nr: ********** 8 , AI ********** . </p> <p>I received a call that my account has been closed off, as requested. 2 months later I received a phone call again from Telkom that my account is in arears, they have given me over to the debt laywers, I haven't received an account statement, just a call. What is going on with my account? Have the cancellation of October 2016 still not been processed? It was confirmed that nothing was outstanding on my account. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
