Account queries

I am disgusted by the useless service of Telkom Mobile there accounts invoicing is utterly nonsense, I pay you guys every month without fail and I pay what is stated on your INVOICE yet you want to sms me telling me I am in arrears I'm done with your ****ty service I am going to all social media with your useless service!!! I am apparently in arears but nothing shows on the bill!!!!
