Account payment not allocated for 5 days services suspended

Worst services!

I am extremely upset as I made a payment via ozow link sent to me last Thursday.

I have been calling Telkom and then Nudebt management and it's to and fro.

Nudebt said my payment is reflecting and it's exported to Telkom. Telkom is saying the payment is not reflecting.

Who is lying to me? This is not on!!!

When yourll need money yourll send threatening emails and sms but when payment is made nothing is done on my account.

Attached is my proof of payment.

Telkom is saying I must wait 7 days for it to reflect..I cannot make calls for 7 days it's affecting my day to to day operations.
