Account payment

I have a problem with payment issues regarding my fibre account I paid but it was not updated now they say I owe a lot of money I don't know we're it comes from plus I don't think Telkom has agents to help everywhere to fix the issue wen we are far from any Telkom shop bad service on the side of telkom
