Account payed up but still no cleared by Telkom affecting my credit score

I spent the whole of today on a phone call, calling between telkom & Nudet debt collectors trying to resolve a telkom acount issue that had been handed over by them,

I made the arrangements to settle the account within 3 months and I hornerd the arrangement, On completion of payments i was provided with a payed up letter by the debt collections company, but on Telkom & Experien, It still shows the accoutn as being defaulted affecting my credit score

Nudet shows as received all the 3 payments and on telkom side they say its still shows last amount as outstanig - when i speak to Telkom agents send me to Nudet & Nudet sends me back to Telkom, in between i've had to waight for at least an hour on call ques

For the a day long Ive been trying to sort just this out, i have not done anything else

So easy to take these contracts but when issues arise they do not care

to all out that needs these phone contracts please becareful, this twice..
