Account paid up but still shows in Areas

I paid up my Telkom Mobile account FA *** on the 5th of July and till to date the account shows still in areas on all credit bureaus. I have tried to contact Telkom for this to be resolved but with no luck sent emails with no response still. I called even now but I was out on hold until they hang up again!

Can this matter be resolved please!
