Account paid in 2013 but does not appearon they systems. Now they want prove of payment

My name is Bertha Mpho Rankoa. My ID me ia ********** 314088 .

I have a account with Haita between 2012 and 2013. I requested for the contract to be cancelled as u was unhappy with the service, as it was very bad. I paid the account the amout that i owed and i was done with them .I never had any problems previously up to now. I apply for a homeloan and now all of a sudden I have this account as outstanding in my credit record. I received a call from the accounts department department as I requested to be called regarding this metter. The lady advised that the account was suspended on the 22/08/2013. She advised that she cant open the information as its an old account. Now they want prove of payment. Can anyone please aaaist with this matter as its putting my life on hold. If u can not find anything on your system how do ill expect me to have prove of payment of 2103. The most unbelievable part is that i when to the Telkom store as they took over to check if my name was of they data base as I was applying for a new Job and did not need accounts on my name for the job to be declined. They told me that nothing was showing as its an old account. Now all of a sudden on my home application it comes out as a negative. I need help and i need it very soon. Regards
