Account paid but need to wait 10 working days

<p>My account was suspended as to non payment however i did not get any notice from telkom regarding this and was told to pay the account then my services will be back up again!!!! NOW i get told it takes 7-10 Working days???? the money takes 24 - 48 hours to reflect in other bank accounts so how does it take 2weeks to reflect in telkoms account???? i even paid extra to have the amount cleared within an hour and then i get told once again 7-10 working days..... i cannot recieve any calls or make i cant do anything......</p>
