Account paid

Having being contacted by telkom debt collectors Nudebt Management to pay what I owe to telkom I paid the whole amount in full through nudebt. I received my paid up letter and a pay over report was sent to telkom on the 15th September. Yet despite all this telkom still insist I owe them money.
