Account overcharge

Since May 2017 we had numerous disputes regarding our Telkom billing. End of August we decided to avoid further disagreement and extra charges we are going to pay our bills via EFT from begin September. Begin October when salaries were transferred, Telkom debited our account with R200.94. On receiving our bill we saw we were charged a rejection fee. I then only paid what the contract amount was, which is R366 for the one phone and R367 for the other. Begin November another debit order went off for R100.90 when I phoned the call centre, they told me the money was on the outstanding bill. Why do they keep on charging rejection fees if we pay the bills via EFT? Furthermore, we request our bills to be e-mailed. 31 October 2017 we received a bill in the post, it was dated 1 October. I phoned the call centre after the 5th and I was told there is no billing amount available. For that we will probably also be charged a rejection fee. Telkom is *****ing our money in that regard. I am going to report them to a local newspaper consumer council.
