Account opening and closing

I app**** for an Account in July and was approved but later cancelled due to the period of delivery and then I app**** at a branch where I was declined. On the 1st of August received a call from Telkom and I refused to reapply but on the 4th of September, I received a statement while I didn't receive any of their services. I started calling them from the 5th of September. Telkom was able to determine that the account was reopened as a business account using my information but they are not providing me with any feedback since and on the 1st of October I'll be billed.
