Account (one year later) still listed as active on my credit report

I get an annual credit report from CompuScan, Experian, TransUnion and XDS to see what accounts are held in my name. On all four credit bureaux it shows a Telkom account, which I had closed over a year ago, with a monthly instalment of R193.

It's impossible to communicate through the help center, I tried twice. Kindly reach out to me after investigating. Much appreciated.
