Account number: *** Telkom is billing me for subscriptions I do not know about as a result my account is now high and am struggling to settle it. They handed the account over to Nudebt and the amounts do not add up. My account has been suspended for two months now but they keep charging me for those months which I haven’t had access to their services. According to our initial agreement I am supposed to be paying R419 per month but they’ve gone against that agreement and are charging me extra for invalid subscriptions every month. I am appalled by their service as they are now threatening me with summons for amounts that are false and overcharged.
