Account Not Closed Since August 2017 Request Was Submitted

I requested for my Telkom Account Number: 335 592 846 to be cancelled on August 7, 2017 at Vincent Store.I was made to call the Telkom Call Center to request cancellation. However, I am still receiving a bill of an active account. I sent my mother, brother, sister and cousin on different occasions and they spoke to Mr. Kanzi, his mobile number is: ********** and he confirmed the account closure request was sent in August. I even called him from Saudi Arabia numerous times and he assured me. I am still billed R599.00 monthly for 30GB terrible internet service which I do not use or even enjoyed from day 1.
