till today telkom mobile did not resolve my issue I've sent on the 26 June 2017 to cancel my contract and transfer my number to prepaid instead I got reference numbers REF AI ********** and REF: AI ********** but still my number ********** is on contract not on prepaid I NEED URGENT ASSISTANCE NOW and aslo give me my money that you've deducted on my account after the 20 days waiting period of cancellation
