Account not being cancelled as requested - *****ing money

November 2018 I cancelled my contract. I was told this would be effective 21 December 2018. January I still have connection, called again and the confirmed it should have been cancelled, it was under management review for some reason. They again updated for cancellation. I left for the UK on the 15 February 2019, this account IS STILL NOT CANCELLED and I am being charged for this!!!!

No contact numbers for me to call internationally. Can someone PLEASE cancel this account and NO I am NOT paying for Jan, Feb and March. It was SUPPOSED to be cancelled 21 DECEMBER 2019. I have received NO communication on this only invoices looking for payment.
