ACCOUNT LISTED AT CREDIT BUREAU

Good day.

Telkom mobile listed my name at credit bureau while I don't have an account with them. I took out a Wi-Fi rooter with them but it didn't have any network or connection so they said I must return it of which I did and they kept on debiting my account. I kept on returning those debit till they said the account has been closed but now my name is listed at credit bureau and I struggle to open accounts due to this.

The cancellation number I got from them is: Cancelation ********** 7.
