Account issues

I keep getting messages that my account is in arrears while it is active from Telkom Collections, Nudebt and the line I can make calls. when calling the call center you will go round and round without an option to speak to consultant. I need this fixed because it means they are sending wrong updates to credit bureau and it is affecting my credit record.
