Account Invoice Issues

<p>We installed a Telkom line with MWeb ADSL earlier this year. The internet worked for about two weeks before our internet went off. MWeb blamed Telkom, and Telkom blamed MWeb (MWeb tested from their side - all was good, so fault was with Telkom). After weeks of no service from Telkom, I cancelled my account with both MWeb and Telkom. </p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom kept on sending me invoices via email, after I called and wrote many, many emails telling them about my issues and the fact that I'm canceling my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday, I got a letter in the post treating me with, amongt other thing, leagal action and blacklisting. I am furious to say the least!! There is absolutely no way I'll pay for a service that I didn't recieve. It is not my fault that the internet provided by you was faulty. You also quote a rediciuous amout that I owe, which I suspect is because of your incompitent employees not canceling my account when I told them to, thus adding months of bills. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can a senior manger please contact me. I am tired of dealing with your idiot employees who anwsers phones and emails - they have no idea what's goin on!</p>
