Account in credit

I have a credit on my name and i called the call center to check and make sure it is there however the agent told me that the account was in arrears not in credit the agent also did not want to help me and i had to call in more than once just to get told there is nothing they can do.

Please can you sort this out asap.

The amount as displayed -R1577.04
