Account i never signed up for

About the middle of last year Telkom notified me that due to cable theft they were discontinuing land lines in my area and offered me a wireless platform instead which i declined. I contacted a Telkom authorised dealer and opted for LTE. My old account was cancelled and i have an acknowledgement email from Telkom and my LTE has been running now for 5 months . i now discover i have an outstanding account which i never signed up for in the amount of R1260 which reflects on my ITC record. If they do not correct this within 7 days i will speak to my attorney since trying to deals with this the normal way with them is useless.
