Account I don't know of on my name

Good day I'm in a process of buying a house and I got a message from the bank informing me that I have been listed by Telkom, I phoned Telkom to find out about this and they said I owe R1426 for charges on a data contract that I had cancelled, but they never even informed me about these charges when I was cancelling. Because I wanted to get done with this I did not argue I asked for their banking details and I made a payment of R1430 to settle this and requested for a paid up letter which was sent to me. Now today I got a call from the bank again saying I have another account with Telkom landline which I owe R20 000+ on it. When I phoned to follow this up they can't give me any details on this, they don't even have an account number for this bill, they can't tell me what this account is about. I'm shocked and angry as this is causing delay on my life. I have limited time to prove that I don't know anything about this account, this account was **********ly opened on my name as I once lost my Id book. This is frustrating to me as I had never had a landline before but suddenly I have to pay such a huge sum of money to clear my name on an account. They don't even have my address and claim that I had a post box number which I never had. I wish this matter could be resolved as soon as possible as it is negatively affecting my life.
