ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOCKED

Telkom has locked my account, its been two days now trying to call them without any response. I have been calling their telkom call center 081180 with no response, I even went to store to inquire and they said they will escalate the matter and they also do not understand why the account was locked in the first place because the payments are up to date. This is such an inconvenience, not pleased with your service at all.
