Account Has Been Locked BUT the account was paid!!!!

I missed my payment for the Month of December 2023 and Telkom handed me over to Nudebt collection and I made arranges with the conclusion that the money would be debited out of my account on the 31st of January 2024 (for the month of December and January) on the 31st of January the money was debited out of my bank account and my phone is still locked 16 days later. Everytime I call to inquire about the issue, they tell me that they never received my payment, but my money was deduced. The issue is still not resolved and my phone is still locked.
