Account handed over with no information provided

To whom it concern

I have been trying to get assistance for the past few weeks by making an arrangement to pay off the account that I was informed I had in 2011. which I cannot recall.

I tried to contact Telkom but was advised my account has been handed over with the amount of R1390. I have since then called numerous numbers that I keep getting from the callcentres and most of them tell me they have no information regarding the status of my account.

Can somebody kindly contact me to amend this. I have tried to call 018 180 which I am not even getting any joy from
