Account handed over to attorneys???

Last week I got a notice from Telkom saying my account is in arrears, even though I havent received a statement from them in the time period. After clearing the issue up and paying the owed amount the same day, I got a SMS this morning stating my account has been handed over to Hugo & Ngwenya Attorneys for an amount of R993.37???<br> <br> This is utter BS, Telkom. Sort your billing system out!!! According to all my mails, all my accounts is up to date and payed. Which orifice did you pull this amount out of?<br> <br> Or is this rather a case of Telkom *******ly selling Intellectual Property to 3rd parties, which then use scare tactics to **** you?
