Account handed over but I was told it was clossed

<p>I don't understand how Telkom works the billing department are just full of *********** staff that don't know how to handle their call or service request logged I have been calling regarding SMS I get every month and they will say my account is up to day now apparently am handed over to the lawyers for what reason all the query log and calls where made for what am very angry and this needs to be fixed cause I won't pay for something I pay in a monthly basis , i am starting to lose hope on telkom as a loyal customer to be treated like this bad customer service ..</p>
