ACCOUNT HAND OVER WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

I had a landline account that I decided to close in 2018 and I didn't know that there was money still outstanding and Telkom decided to put the account on ITC without talking to me I only found out last week about this and I`ve paid that balance immediately and asked for a paid up letter and I was told that sending a letter will take 7 to working days even after I told them how urgent I wanted that letter I`m still waiting for it, I am very disappointed at Telkom they treat their clients bad.
