Account *****..

So we have been with telkom a few years ago. Had a 2mps adsl line then upgraded to a 4 mps adsl line. I ended up canceling my contract with them deu to al lack of infrastructure. Cable thefts. Went to the secunda branch and dit the cancelation with them in 2019. Today I received a summons that I Wil be blacklisted for not paying a canceled account. No reference no emails nothing available to proof the cancelation. While on the store phone to the accounts department, another customer were arguing with the same lady that assisted me when I went in for the cancelation in 2019. What's going on with this company. They *****ing peoples money or what?
