Account enquiry

<p>The payment did not go off at the end of April so an amount of R490.44 was paid cash to Telkom, I contacted telkom indicating that I have paid the amount, they said that received it, I then contacted again on the 28th of May asking how much was the invoice as I had not received a statement the lady indicated R238, in which I accepted, however on the 31st of May the amount of R728.44 was deducted from my account without even notifiing me, when I enquired about it on the 1st of june 2017 , they logged a call ********** 9, they said it will take 72h, still to this day I have received no feedback I have emailed my bank statement indicating that the amount of R728.44 was deducted , they say it is still not reflecting, it is now the 6th of June and i am still awaiting feedback</p>
