Account dispute due to invoice inaccuracies - handed over anyway!

<p>I lodged a dispute with Telkom but as usual no one gets back to you, I changed to a cheaper package but still paid the higher premium. Account was paid at the end of April, yet account was still handed over to Blake & Ass.</p>
