Account dispute

Telkom short debited me and they now want to hold me reliable for their mistake, I even offered to send them my bank statement to prove I had more than enough money on the day they debited me however their consultant declined telling me to listen to what he was saying. And not even once did he try and come up with a solution or away to resolve the issue having been occurred on their side.
